Your Secure Connection to Lakeside Title

The Lakeside Portal is our standard platform for securely sharing wire instructions, banking information and other sensitive closing details. Buyers, sellers and transaction partners may use the portal to securely receive information from Lakeside Title or provide information needed for your transaction.

How You Will Receive or Provide Wire Information

You will receive an invitation by text message and email to activate your account in the secure Lakeside Portal.

Open the Lakeside Portal and complete the required authentication steps.

ALTERNATE OPTION CertifID May Be Used in Certain Situations
In some transactions, Lakeside Title may also use CertifID when additional identity, banking or wire verification is needed. This may include situations involving an intermediary bank or other transaction-specific requirements. If CertifID is required, your Lakeside Title team will provide clear instructions. CertifID is not a separate option for the customer to select and will not be required for every transaction.

  • Never rely on wire instructions sent via unverified text message, email, or phone call.
  • Be suspicious of any unexpected or last-minute change to wiring instructions.
  • Do not use a phone number contained in a suspicious email or text message.
  • Do not send funds until you are confident the instructions are legitimate.
