Neely was raised in the Annapolis area and now calls Ocean City, Maryland home. She began her career after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, serving six years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Photographer and Videographer. Her time in the military provided invaluable experience and a strong foundation in discipline, creativity, and storytelling.
Following her service, Neely pursued a Master of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she honed her skills in media production. She went on to thrive in Baltimore’s creative video production scene before a unique opportunity led her in a new direction.
When the chance to purchase a local restaurant arose, Neely and her husband took a leap of faith, launching Mother’s Cantina, a Tex-Mex restaurant in Ocean City. Over the past two decades, the business has grown into a thriving community staple, earning a loyal following and establishing Neely as a dedicated entrepreneur.
Her success in hospitality eventually led to a passion for real estate, through both personal investment and business ventures. This passion brought her to Lakeside Title, where she combines her diverse background with a client-first approach. Neely’s extensive experience in customer service, business ownership, and real estate enables her to manage transactions with confidence and clear communication —ensuring a smooth and professional settlement process from start to finish.
